The complete process typically takes 3-6 weeks from consultation to delivery. This includes 1-2 weeks for design finalization, 2-4 weeks for production, and 1-2 weeks for delivery scheduling. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
We accept major credit cards through secure Stripe processing, as well as bank transfers. For local pickup, we also accept cash. A 30% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 70% due upon pickup or before shipment.
Minor changes may be possible during the early stages of production. However, significant changes after production begins may incur additional costs or delay your order. We recommend finalizing your design before placing the deposit.
Yes! All our custom poker tables come with a structural warranty. Specific warranty details can be found on our Warranty & Returns page. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of damage during transit, please document the damage immediately and contact us. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
