Here's what to expect once you place your order through our custom table builder.
Your custom configuration is submitted through our builder. We review every detail to ensure accuracy.
Your table is built by hand in our shop. Every table is crafted with attention to detail and quality materials.
We coordinate freight shipping details. You'll receive detailed information about delivery logistics.
Freight delivery to your location. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 40 days. Most orders arrive sooner.
Your table arrives fully constructed. The table base detaches from the tabletop for easier transport. Some accessories like chip boxes or card shufflers may require simple attachment upon delivery.
Shipping costs and specific delivery details are provided after order placement. Delivery times vary by location.

Building your custom table typically takes 7-10 business days. Once completed, shipping adds additional time depending on your location (generally 30-40 days for worst case). Pickup is available at our Ashland, VA location with the same 7-10 day turnaround.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash for pickup orders. Payment is required in full before building begins on your custom table.

All shipments are fully insured. Please inspect your table upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately with photos and we'll work with the freight company to resolve any issues.
